When you post a parcel to Oxford trusting a company to deliver and they send it 154 miles away from its location to be sorted, and then promptly misplace it. Lost.

I ponder what it takes be an artist as I continue to be an emerging artist and have lost some dog walking clients meaning im relying on the art even more for the moment.

Reflecting on my journey as an artist, I’m reminded of my very first painting after returning to art. Created in 2016 and sold in 2019, that piece holds a special place in my heart as the beginning of my artistic path. Fast forward to last month, I completed a large commissioned work, a testament to how far I’ve come since those early days. It's amazing to see how my style and confidence have evolved from that first sale to now.
