I have painted a lot of distorted alien like portraits over the years. This is because growing up with at the time undiagnosed ADHD and Autism, which I have only discovered in my 30s, being autistic just last year in my late 30s. I felt like an alien growing up, and its not usually on our faces, we dont look like aliens but this is what society recognises as different. then again our mannerisms can stand out too, its ok to be weird, stay weird, embrace the unique you. Even if you are more conventionally weird like this blue and red alien face painting (its tricky to paint the inner weird when its visual art)
